   • Sneaker Restoration – Bringing shoes back to their original condition, including repairing damaged parts, replacing soles, and refreshing color and structure.

   • Sneaker Customization – Creating unique designs, painting, adding personalized details, and changing the color scheme and design of your sneakers.

   • Sneaker Care – Applying protective products to ensure long-lasting durability and protection against dirt.

2. What types of shoes can I bring for restoration?
   We accept all types of sneakers, regardless of the brand. Whether they are sports, lifestyle, or designer shoes, we can help restore them to their former glory.

3. What sneaker brands do you work with?
   We work with all sneaker brands, including popular ones like Nike, Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Reebok, Vans, Converse, and many others. Regardless of the brand, we will provide the right care and restoration for your shoes.

4. What are the prices for your services?
   Prices are in Norwegian kroner [NOK]. They depend on the scope of the service and the condition of the shoes. Please visit our Price list for more information.

5. How can I pay for the services?
   We accept payments in cash, Vips, or via bank transfer. Payment is made in advance after the Client accepts the quote and contract terms.

6. How does our service work?

7. How can I contact KicksReboot?
   You can contact us through our website, by email, or visit us in person. We also offer customer support via social media (facebook, instagram), where you can follow our projects and ask any questions.

8. How long does it take to complete a service?
   The time required depends on the type of service and its complexity. Standard cleaning usually takes to 5 working days, renovation up to 14 working days, customizing usually around 21 working days but the service implementation time may be longer.

9. Do you offer a guarantee on your services?
   Yes, we provide a warranty on our renovation and customization services. Renovation/Customization based on painting is covered by a 3-month warranty from the moment the footwear is received by the Client. If any issues arise after the restoration or customization, please get in touch with us, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve them.

10. Is it possible to restore the color of shoes that have faded?
    Yes, we can restore colors on both leather and fabric shoes. With professional painting and restoration techniques, we can refresh faded and worn sneakers to their original appearance.

11. Can I order customization?
    Yes, we offer sneaker customization. Just send us pictures of your shoes and details about your desired customization, and our team will create a design. Once the design is approved, we will proceed with the work.

12. Can I order customization based on my own design?
    Of course! If you have your own design for sneaker customization, our team of specialists will be happy to bring your vision to life. You can send us inspiration, sketches, or describe what you'd like on your shoes, and we’ll tailor the design to your expectations.

13. What information should I provide to order customization?
    To order customization, simply send us pictures of your shoes, a description of your requirements, and any inspiration you’d like to see on your sneakers. 14. Do you repair damaged soles?
    Yes, we offer sole repairs, but we only have a gluing service. We don't have mechanical repairs and restoring worn materials.

15. Do you replace insoles in shoes?
    Yes, we offer insole replacement with new, more comfortable ones or those specifically tailored to your needs. We can recommend the best insole options depending on the type of shoes and their intended use.

16. Do you repair damaged laces or eyelets?
    Yes, we repair damaged laces and eyelets. We offer lace replacement with new or personalized laces, as well as repair or replacement of broken eyelets to restore your sneakers to their original condition.

17. Do you offer an impregnation service for shoes?
    Yes, we offer impregnation services that help protect your shoes from water, dirt, and stains. This service is especially recommended for shoes made from natural leather, suede, or fabric.

18. What cleaning methods do you use?
    We use only professional cleaning products that are safe for the materials your sneakers are made from. We use both manual and machine cleaning techniques to remove dirt without risking damage to the shoes.

    We use only professional, safe, and effective cleaning products specifically designed for sneakers. We have products for leather, suede, mesh, and other materials that gently remove dirt without risking damage to the surface.

    We use only high-quality paints and accessories designed for sneakers, which are durable and resistant to wear. This ensures that our designs remain in great condition for a long time. We offer a wide range of colors and effects, including metallic, neon, and matte finishes.

    We recommend regular cleaning, applying appropriate protective sprays (e.g., water repellents), and storing your shoes in the right conditions (away from moisture and direct sunlight). Additionally, proper care of materials, especially leather and suede, is essential.

24. What services are available for people with limited time?
    If you need fast service, we offer an express option. For cleaning or minor repairs, the turnaround time can be just a few hours. It's best to contact us in advance to check the availability of express service.

25. What services do you offer for sneaker collectors?
    For sneaker collectors, we offer special services, including both gentle cleaning and complete restoration for rare and valuable models. We ensure that your shoes are treated with the utmost care to maintain their market value and aesthetic appeal.

26. Is it possible to send shoes to you?
    Yes, it is possible to send shoes to us for cleaning, renovation or personalization. The customer covers the shipping cost.

27. Can I pick up my sneakers in person, or do I need to wait for shipping?
    We offer the option to pick up your sneakers in person, as well as shipping if you're unable to come by. You can choose the most convenient option based on your needs. As we mentioned, the customer covers the shipping costs of the sneakers.

28. How can I track the progress of my order?
    We do not offer the option to track your order status online. You will be updated regularly on the progress, and you’ll receive a notification when your sneakers are ready for pick-up.
