How do we work?
The following description concerns all the services we offer. We offer our services not only for those who can deliver their sneakers in person but also for those who prefer to complete their order remotely – regardless of the distance. This is a perfect solution for people who don’t have time for drop-offs or live far away.
How Does the Process Look?
Send Description and Photos
Send us clear photos of your sneakers, preferably taken in daylight (include full shots and close-ups of details such as scratches, cracks, stains, etc.). Provide as much information as possible – the brand, exact model, material, existing issues, visible flaws, and how they’ve been cared for. The more details, the better we can tailor our offer to your needs.
We Sending an Offer
After analyzing the photos, we’ll prepare an individual offer that includes the scope of work, estimated cost, expected completion time, and payment details.
Make Your Decision
If you decide to use our services, let us know, and we’ll arrange how to get your sneakers to us. You can deliver them personally, we can pick them up at an agreed location (Oslo only), or you can send them via post, courier, or parcel locker. In the case of shipping, we’ll provide you with the exact address. Please do not send your sneakers without prior contact! When preparing your package, include your return details, phone number, and email address.
Once we receive your package, we’ll confirm its arrival, inspect the condition of the sneakers, and, if needed, finalize the details of the service.
We Complete the Service
This is where the magic happens! We perform professional work on your sneakers, restoring their original shine and ensuring results that will exceed your expectations. After completing the service, we’ll send you photos of your restored sneakers. The order processing time depends on the selected service, the number of orders and the complexity of the problem you are reporting to us - generally up to 21 working days.
Pick up Your Sneakers.
After the work is done, we’ll arrange the method of pickup. Just like with delivery, there are several options available. If the sneakers are sent via post, courier, or parcel locker, we’ll inform you once the package has been shipped. All you need to do is pick up your restored sneakers and enjoy the results!
